Shared database - how to have the same layout on 2 computers?

I have a deskop and laptop shared databse on Office 2007 and Vista Home
Premium. The layout on the laptop is not the same as on the desktop. How can
I get the same layouts. Please help.

The layout of what specific? When I share a database, I see the same
custom fields on the forms.
