Shared Computer Toolkit:network printing

I installed Shared Computer Toolkit, created a restriced user, configured
recommended restrictions for shared public account. I want the shared public
account to be able to print to a shared network printer. Local printing works
fine. If I make the shared public account an admin, printing to the shared
network printer works. When I convert the shared public account to restriced
user, printing to shared network printer fails and application (Word) closes
with error. How can I give rights to the restriced user to allow printing to
the shared network printer?
