Shared calendars are very slow to open

In outlook 2003 a user has 4 other users' calendars which she monitors
(beside her own calendar). However when she attempts to open one of these
shared calendars (does not matter which one) a considerable amount of time
passes before the calendar actually opens. All other functions within Outlook
operate correctly.
We are open to suggestions to rectify this problem.

May I please direct you to search out the newsgroups specifically for
Outlook. The term Access in this newsgroup's name refers to the Access
database product, and the experts here will probably not be as helpful to
you as those you'll find there.
