Shared Calendar???

Is it possible to use the Calendar feature amongst a
number of computers that are on the same network but DOES
NOT use the share point services?

Correct. Nothing is built into Outlook 2003 for peer-to-peer sharing, except for Internet free/busy times. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm#other for available methods (including WSS and Exchange).
