Shared Borders

This is the default.

If your shared borders aren't behaving as you want,
please explain the problem in more detail.

I was thinking that we could grab the edge of the border like we do a frame
and make it bigger rather that the border expandng to fit the size of the
contents.

No you can't drag shared borders
- but you can create a table in it of a width you want
- or insert a transparent gif of a specific width
