shared borders...still dont understand

Where is the _border folder? I went to "View" on the
menu bar, and clicked on "Folders", but i dont see it.

And the:

<body>content that is included in other pages</body>

part that you're talking about, I don't see in the html
view. Did I not set up the shared borders part correctly?
 
Tools | Web Settings | Advanced Tab and enabling viewing of hidden folder,
then you will see the _borders folder.
