Lost a shared border

I lost a shared border on my index.htm page. The border still exists in the folder _borders, but the dotted lines have disappeared
How to I "reinsert" it? The index.htm page, now, shows the border's content but it is functioning as part of the whole page.

Open the page and use Format Shared Borders and reapply it to all pages (or that selected page)
