Shared borders question...

I can't get into the html section of my shared borders.
When i switch to the html tab, all that comes up is the
html code for the main section of the page, no codes from
the shared borders (top, left, and bottom) come up. I
need to get in there so I can put a code into the
border. How do i get in there?
 
Tools | Web Settings | Advanced tab, enable viewing of hidden directories.

Then look in the _border folder.

Any code/content that you add to the border pages must be between the
<body>content that is included in other pages</body> tags to be included in
pages using the specific border.
