Java Script and shared borders

I am having problems with shared borders and Java script. I have generated a
banner in the _top.htm file, which uses a script I found in a book to toggle
through some images. When _top.htm is previewed in FP2003 it works fine. When
you open up any other pages which contain the shared border, the first banner
graphic displays, but then nothing. I get no script errors. I have pasted the
script into the <body> section of the shared border as I have read that the
head section is ignored when the shared border is loaded into other pages. I
also have in the left shared border a drop down menu that uses scripts that
works fine in all pages. The fact that the left border works fine, but the
top doesn't is what is puzzling me, as I have used the same approach for the
coding of each...helpppppppp please

The in top.htm must be moved from the head section to within the body section of the top.htm, as
only the info between the open and closing body tags is included in other pages.
