Shared Borders Not Viewable on XP Pro Machine

Have XP Pro and I cannot view the shared borders of a
website that is published with Frontpage 2000. Other XP
machines do not have this problem. I've set my Internet
settings to default with no results. I'm completely
baffled. Anyone seen this problem?

Compare your setting to the machines that are not having the problem.
