Shared borders causing indexing problems?

I have 4 sites up - all put up about the same time - 3 have shared borders on all the pages, 1 does not use shared borders. I used the same SEO methodology on all sites. The site without the shared orders is getting all of the pages indexed, the 3 with shared borders are only getting the first page spidered. Perhaps its a coincidence but does anyone have firsthand experience getting sites thoroughly spidered using this FP 2003 feature? Thanks for any input!

Shared Borders or FP Include Pages have not impact on search engine indexing as they are design time
components and are merged into the page when you save the page in FP.
