You create the share and assign NTFS permissions to the folder on your
computer - make sure the other users' logins exist identically (name &
password) on your computer so you can explicitly use them.
If I understand your question correctly, open Windows
Explorer, locate and highlight the file name, right click
on the file name, click on Properties, and UNCHECK the
Read Only Attribute. If there's no check mark in the
Attributes box, then I failed to understand the problem
correctly.
