Share USB-Attached DVD Writer

I shared a USB-attached DVD-Writer device to a pc, but I can't access it
from any other machine.

I can browse to it and see it using Windows Explorer, but when I click on
it, I get an error - not accessible. You might not have permission to use
this network resource.

I gave Full Control to my username...

What else do I need to do?

Never mind.

I didn't have any media in the device. A little bit of a misleading error
message.
