On my home network (using netscape) I can share fully share mail
profiles by sharing the mail folders on the "host" computer and mapping
the mail folder as a network drive on the other computers sharing that
mail file. True, two computers can't have the same profile open at the
same time, but in every other way, in all practical realities, the same
profile is fully functional and accessible from any other computer on
the network provided that the computer hosting the mail folders is
switched on.

I want to be able to do the same thing at my work-place with OE (and
even with one terminal which has Outlook, if possible).

Tip of the month:
Don't use Windex or other chemical cleaners to clean mirrors... This
causes the destruction of the backing of the mirror around the edges.
Splash the mirror with water, and use a dry cloth. It's just as
effective.

"and even with one terminal which has Outlook"
Outlook files can't be shared with OE as the files being used are different.

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.

Good Luck!

But don't bother asking on the OE group, as you'll just get the answer that
OE cannot use data on a network drive........
