Hi!

I've tried Help in Outlook but its no help.

Is the Share My Calendar option the only way to share your calendar?

What if it doesn't appear?

I checked around and it seems a few people in here doesn't have the option
of Share My Calendar in their outlook. We're all using Exchange Servers, but
they don't have the option of sharing their calendar.

Is ther any other way to share your calendar besides the navigation pane
option?

Thanks!

You can share your calendar through the Permissions tab on the folder's Properties dialog. It's hard to say more without knowing your version of Outlook.

You can right-click the Calendar folder in your Exchange mailbox and choose Sharing.

I right clicked Calendar folder and chose Sharing. Is this it? I'll just
have to add the users in the Permissions tab for the folder to be shared?

However, I checked again the other users and their Sharing is grayed out.
Why is this so? Does this have something to do with Administrator rights?
Thanks!

That's all there is to it.

Every user has full rights on their own mailbox. Maybe you weren't looking at a mailbox folder?

Yes, AFAIK, users have admin rights over their mailbox. It's really strange
that some users don't have the sharing capability when right clicked over
their Calendar.

Did you check to see if all the right add-ins are present in the Add-in Manager? The permissions dialog comes from one of the Exchang client extensions.
