I have Exchange, but still can't share my calendar.

I have Exchange, and need to be able to share my calendar. However, that
option doesn't come up in the navigation pane.
 
Right-click the Calendar folder in your mailbox, and bring up its Properties dialog. Do you see the Permissions tab?
