Hi
I have installed a clean windows 2000 server
and I shared one of is directories
and I maped it to drive M: From the map network drive.
wheb I open the system manger > didk management I see that the dirve is
acting as a local drive instead of a network drive
What soud I do to repair it ?

Rami Yosef

Nothing. The share is available and you see the local drive on your machine
as you should, as a local drive.

Go to another machine in your workgroup/domain and type in the server
name/share name it should appear to this remote machine.

As much as I know the drive shuld look like "M on rami"

Instead Of Local Disk (M:)

It is a local drive
