share calendars via netfolder

I am on outlook 2000 with windows 98. and I am new with netfolder feature.
I need to organize and schedule the appointments for my three co-workers.
It would be perfect if we all can view each one's calendar. So my question
is how can it be working out via netfolder?
1. Should they set up the netfolder from their own computers including
myself?
2. or I can import their calendars on my outlook, then sent out the
invitations to them. Is it possible for me to share more than 3 calendars
(which will be on the subfolder under calendar)?

Any help would be much appreicated.

You need to make sure each computer has the Net Folder add-
in installed for Outlook and each recipient is in your
Contacts with e-mail set to send in rich-text format for
them. You can share your calendar and as many folders as
you like. To share a folder, you can click on a folder
from the folder list and share "this folder". Each user
should share their own folder. A couple problems you need
to be aware: I'm assuming you're using Internet Mail Only
and not Microsoft Mail on a server or Exchange. Therefore,
each user may be sending quite a few Net Folder e-mails to
update their calendars or folders that need to go out to
your e-mail hosting vendor and back again to the other
user. This can create alot of e-mail traffic and slow
things down. If you check your e-mail from a web interface
and not Outlook, you'll see all these NET FOLDER e-mails
before Outlook processes them. Also, if you upgrade to
any version of Outlook beyond 2000, Net Folders is not
supported, so you have to start digging for 3rd party
solutions. If your office has 10-50 computer users, then
you may want to look at getting Small Business Server
2003, which includes Exchange (Microsofts e-mail platform).

Hope this helps,

Tom
