share calendar schedules with my associates

Hello All,
I was using ACT , and now moving to Exchange 2K3 / Outlook 2K3 on Win 2K3
SBS server.
I want to share calendar schedules with my associates. Is there a unified
( 1 calendar for all users ) that we can share similar to the ACT screen
displayed below? I also wanted to know if there is a way to get the ACT look
below with Outlook 2K3 basically the colored bars denoting users
appointments.

Thanks for any ideas all are appreciated.

I think I replied to this one already?
Also, I noticed that you posted the identical message to a lot of different
groups. In the future,
please don't multipost - if you need to post to multiple groups, it's best
to crosspost instead, by posting a single message to a handful of relevant
groups (separate the NG names with commas) so that everyone can follow the
thread. This makes it easier for everyone, including you.

<smacks own wrist, winces>
I didn't notice you crossposted. I either need more coffee, or less. Sorry.

Thank you for your time. I will check out your suggestions. Sorry for the
multiple post, I kind of lost my head:)
