shadow

I have grey lines/shadows on screen . The shadow streaks
across the screen from any object on screen, either
graphics or text. If I drag the object then the shadows
will follow. Anyone able to help to solve problem?

Tosh, you could try rt clicking on Desktop>select
Properties>Appearance>effects and uncheck all of them.

I tried unchecking effects in properties but no joy :-(
