Shadow Copy: Stop it for certain folders?

Is there a way to stop Shadow Copy from making backups for certain
folders? For example, the Recorded TV folder is constantly adding and
removing 2-4GB files. I'd rather not have this folder be backed up and
take up valuable storage space.

Is there a way to stop Vista's Shadow Copy from making previous
versions of the "Racorded TV" folder or other folders?

Hi Jack,

I dont believe that shadow copy works on a per disk/folder basis. You have
to turn it on or off at a drive level. My suggestion is may be get a second
harddrive for your recorded TV shows and have shadow copy turned off on that
drive.
