Shading between 2 lines

I've plotted 3 series in my chart -- 2 areas and one
column. One of the areas is plotted on the 2ndary X axis.
I cannot get the column to be shown BEHIND the 2 areas,
(i.e., resulting in a shading between the two areas).

How can I get the column series to go behind the 2 area
series?

Thanks!

I'm doing it this way because the big problem is that I
want the shading to start at a place across the X axis
AFTER the two lines start, (i.e., there will be some blank
space between the lines then the shading starts and
continues the rest of the way.) I want the starting, left
border of the shading to be perfectly vertical -- a column
seems to be the only shaded chart type that will have a
perfectly vertical leading edge??

Excel plots all of the area chart series on the bottom layer, then all
the columns and bars (I think bars under columns, but I don't feel like
checking right now), then all the line series, and all the XY Scatter
series are on top. This is the case no matter what the relative plot
order of the series might be.
