I have WinXP media Center. I have slipstreamed Win XP Pro with SP3. When I
run SFC, It does recognize my CD drive or my Slipstreamed Win XP pro SP3. I
don't think I can slipstream Win XP Media center.How can I get SFC to
recognize my CD drives or Slipstreamed SP3?

Why do you think you cannot integrate SP3 into your Windows Media Center CD
like you did your WIndows XP Professional CD?
 
All of the sites I have checked with say Win XP Media center can not be
slipstreamed and is not supported by Microsoft.
