sfc /scannow errors

If I run this windows file checker I get a message asking for XP SP1 CD
to be inserted into the CD drive but subsequently a following message
telling me it's the wrong disc.
I didn't install the SP from CD anyway(though I do possess a disc with
it on)but used the windows online updates page.
How can I fix the files that the scan is finding??

I'm wondering if related to this is a problem with ZoneAlarm which will
not uninstall due to validation failure of -
C:\\WINDOWS\system32\zonelabs\vsmon.exe

Any help much appreciated.
