SFC error

On my Vista laptop I opened CMD.exe as an administrator and ran sfc
/scannow. The results were that verification stopped after 98% and that
there were corrupt files that couldn't be fixed. Of course there was a
reference to CBS.log, which I opened. Nothing in there made much sense to
me. My computer appears to be working fine, but I like everything to be
"perfect." Can anyone help me out with this? What does this mean, is it
anything to worry about, how should I fix it? I would be glad to offer
details from the log file but I don't know what is important.

Thanks

Please zip the file CBS.LOG and send it to me.

Also what I would suggest is you do a reinstallation of Windows and see if
that helps.

Also you might want to do a:
chkdsk c: /r
and try running:
sfc /scannow
again. :)

Did you receive the file?
