sfc /scannow doesn't list the error

I ran sfc /scannow on vista, but when I check the cbs.log the error is not
listed. All I se is a lot of "Ignoroing duplicate ownership for file ...".
I have no clue of to what is wrong. Also I ran sfc /sannow at the command
promt from the cd boot disk as followis: sfc /scannow /OFFBOOTDIR=C:\
/OFFWINDIR=C:\windows
Result of san: Did not find any integrety violation.

Can some one help me? Why one tells me there are errors but could not fix
all of them, while the other tells me there is no problem. How can I make
sfc from an elevated command promt on the desktop report that there is no
integrity violation?

Hello,
Send me a copy of the cbs.log file
Located in the c:\windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log
Zip the file up as it can get pretty large.
remove the "online" from teh posted email address.
