I need to make one document of over 300 documents? What

thanks...

Try the boiler.zip add-in from the downloads page of my web site - and read
the instructions that accompany it!

would you recommendation change if I had some 40 documents with individual
(40) topics and I wanted to make a manual out of it. Should I use your
approach of File Insert or is there something better? The topics change
every month. thanks

You might look at the Boiler.dot template at Graham Mayor's Web site:

You could also look into the INCLUDETEXT field (in Help) which lets you
maintain text one place and pull it into another document.
