setupbr.inf file is invalid

I feel if I am the only one this ever happened to, I was trying to install
Windows Update Service (WUS) on a test network, running windows server 2003.
One requirement is to have Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)
loaded. When I start the install process for BITS, I get an error
"setupbr.inf file is invalid. Anyone know how I correct this? I thank all
of you who take the time to give me some feedback.

Thank you Carey for you quick response, however when I followed the link you
provided, I recieved an error as mentioned earlier. I cannot find much
information on this error message, at least how it partains to my situation.
