True webmail accounts are neither POP3 nor IMAP.
Either ask your mail provider, check their website help pages, or tell
us who the mail provider is and we can probably figure it out for you.

Have you followed your Internet Service Providers instructions?
These would have been supplied to you when you purchased
the connection. There's probably a help website too.
 
who is your ISP,,, what is the info AFTER the @ in your email address.

Such as (e-mail address removed) its the WhatTheISP.COM we need.
