Setup program shows instruction in korean in Chinese Windows XP

Hello,

I notice that recently whenever I install programs, the installation program
will show up in Korean characters, while my windows is actually Chinese
windows xp and the program is also a Chinese program. After the
installation, the language of the program is still Chinese.

It's annoying that I can't read what instruction the program is trying to
show me. Does anyone know how to get Chinese instruction back?

Hi,

1. Did you change something in Regional and Language Options e.g. Location ?
2. All programs or an specific which you installed recently ?

I haven't changed anything. The location is Chinese (Hong Kong) and the
language is also Hong Kong.

I think I only notice this anomaly recently.
