Using Traditional Chinese program in English Window

Hello.

I am using Win XP Pro SP1 with Traditional Chinese MUI installed. I can
display and input Chinese characters in certain programs.

But in some programs written in Chinese, the characters are not displayed
properly. A lot of question marks '?' displayed instead of the Chinese
characters? Is there any solution to this? Thanks.

Hi:

Most likely, those programs are not written with Unicode.

So what you need to do is go to: Control Panel, Regional And Language
Options, Advanced tag, and set the option to Chinese (Taiwan) or others of
your choice.

If you look that selection, it is for non-Unicode applications to use.

Hope that will help you.

Good luck.
