Setup is unable to find the works services file

In Add/Remove Programs, Trying to do a clean uninstall of
Micosoft Money 2001, Using the change tab,then Remove
Button etc. I get the following information in a Microsoft
Money 2001 Setup(window)..Setup is unable to find the
works services file. Help!! I want to reinstall Money 2001
to use again
