Setup Instructions for TS Licenses

I am trying to find good instructions for installing TS
Licensing on a 2000 Server. I use TS now, but I need more
then two connections.

1) Switch Terminal Services to Application server mode
2) Install and activate TS Licensing Server on your Domain
Controller
3) Buy and install as many TS CALs on your TS Licensing Server as
you have clients that run an OS that is *not* W2K Pro or XP Pro
