Setup.Exe's

Hi,
I have two PC's that will not run a setup.exe program. I put the CD in the
CD-ROM and nothing happens. I got to My Computer and try to run setup.exe and
nothing happens. No error msg, no window pops up, etc. I also tried to
download the file from the Internet and run it and same happens.

If I take same CD to another/other PC, it runs just fine. Someone said it
could be a problem with Windows Installer.

Any help in solving this problem will be greatly appreciated.
