Setup.exe

When I try to install a program that is labeled as
setup.exe nothing happens. There is a process labeled in
the windows task manager but the program never starts.
Does anyone have any ideas what is wrong? I'm clueless
and really need help with this one. Thanks!

Need more info...what program are you trying to install?
Is it a 32 bit or 16 bit application? Is it compatible
with your OS...so many questions...the list goes on.

It is a 32 bit program and it is compatible because it
will install on another server but it is a program
specifically for managing a tape drive in the server that
the setup.exe will not start on. Thanks...
