Can you tell me how to set up the pop3 and the smpt for my email it will not
send right now
 
From the details provided by your ISP, as they differ for each one.
Their help pages may give details for Outlook Express, which are basically
the same as Outlook

No we can't - because that information can only be provided by your email
provider....

No, we can't. You never bothered to identify WHO is the e-mail
provider. They'll know so go ask them or read their web help pages.
