thanks for gudence but how to go to windows regional settings to change
keyboard configrations. thanks
 
Start > Control Panel >Regional and Language Settings (after that it
differs in XP and Vista)

When you have more than one keyboard installed, you can toggle/cycle
through them with LeftAlt + Shift, or you can see the choices in the
Language Bar (or the icon at the lower right in the Status Bar that
says EN or AR etc.).
