I needed to restore my computer after a hard disk problem; I wanted to keep
all my settings & files and used the wizard to create a file which I wrote
to my desktop, transferred to a DVD then when I'd restored my system, I ran
the wizard, selected "new computer" and pointed to the folder. Nix.
Doesn't recognise it. The folder is called USMT2.UNC and contains 3 files,
IMG00001, IMG00002, and a file called status.
Is there any way I can restore my settings and files from this folder? And
what have I done wrong?
Sobbingly yours
