Settings to remove duplicate mails received in inbox

Every time i am clicking on the send receive all option I am getting some
duplicate mails in my Inbox
 
what type of server? are you leaving messages on the server?
If this is a POP3 account with messages left on the server I'd download all
emails with another email application or a new Outlook profile. I'd also
disable any email antivirus integration.
