settings grayed out....

my settings in internet options are grayed out in the area
where I would set my home page... the page that was
allready there is the one its useing not the one I had
dont know if i changed a settings somewhere or what but I
cant find it anywhere can you assist me please.... thank

restriction and others can be controlled with this utility. You should also
download and install AdAware or SpyBot Search and Destroy.
