New to 2007 and cannot see how to set up various text formatting preferences
(or any preferences at all). They are minor but on previous Word versions,
for example, a date typed as say 25th June had the 'th' superscripted
automatically. As I have just imported a very long document (500 pages plus)
where this is the default it is a pain that this is not the default in 2007.
How can I change this?
Also, the other thing noticed is that whilst previously if you typed a
recongisable word with the first two letters capitalised in error, e.g.
TOday, this would be automatically corrected. This does not currently
happen, Is there a a 'preference' I can change so this happens?
So far the Help options have not been very helpful on these basic points.
