Setting up Windows Mail

i just got a new laptop with Windows Mail on it and I was trying to set it up
with my gmail account but I don't know where to find the "Incoming mail
server" and the "Outgoing mail server name". If anyone could help i woudl
appreciate it.

Gmail has instructions for enabling POP and for configuring Windows
Mail....
