setting up windows mail

Im trying to send an email but ti says that i need to set up an account. I
tried doing this but it ask about ISP info, I have aol,but nmot sure what to
put... any help?

Go to your Internet Service Provider's website and look up their email
server settings. They will normally have email client setup instructions
also. Use the ones for Outlook Express if there are none specific to
Windows Mail.
