Merry Christmas everyone.
I'm looking for a site that can explain me what does each
setting in the BIOS do and what's the recommended value
for each setting.
I'm looking for something like this guide:
http://arstechnica.com/guide/building/bios/bios-1.html
but my System BIOS is much more recent than what this is.
So if you know any link where I might find how to setup a
recent BIOS or an explanation for them, please post.
My BIOS is dated 02/28/2003.

Thank you.

Look at the motherboard manual for your mobo.

I've already done that but that can't explain me
completelly what I whant to know.

After visiting this place and looking at the bios Optimization Guide 8, I
would suggest loading optimized defaults and leave it at that.

Keep in mind that changing a bios settings may prevent your computer from
booting all together. Furthermore, while most of these problems can be
corrected by clearing CMOS or loading defaults by using the insert key, I've
had friends trying to squeak out bit more performance ending up with
problems.
