Setting up POP3 accounts using AOL 9

I am trying to set up some POP3 ccounts for my Business using Outlook 2003.
My ISP is AOL and I am on version 9. I am getting nowhere fast with this and
AOL either can't help or won't help. Is it possible to set up a POP3 account
for an email address of the type (e-mail address removed) using Outlook on AOl? Has
anyone managed to ado this and if so how. When I do it and try sending the
test message everything gets ticked except the final test message complete
which fails and I get a message asking to check the email address. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the login to the POP server correctly setup? I'm guessing the
mailbox isn't on the AOL network but somewhere else but you're trying to
access it via an AOL connection.

I didn't think AOL supported pop, only IMAP? Have you checked AOl's help
files?
