setting up outlook express problem

Everytime l go to outlook express and type in my pop3 incoming mail address
and my smtp server click finish and write an email send it it comes back to
me with a host error ther is no error l am typing the write info l am going
nuts with this can someone please fix this problem for me.

I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup related to Outlook Express, or else
contacting your ISP.
