Setting Up Out of Office Reply for EMail to Distribution Group

Hi, folks!
Is it possible to set up a rule that, when applied, will activate when an
incoming email is sent to a distribution group, and will tell the email
server to send a pre-determined reply email to the sender with specific
content? I'm trying to essentially set up an Out of Office Reply that
activates when an email is sent to a distribution group, rather than to me,
personally. I was hoping I could do this with a rule, and have been trying,
but can't seen to get it to work. Can you help? Thanks in advance!

rules and alerts / new rule / start with blank rule / check messages when
they arrive
then check- Sent to people or a distribution list

Yes, I did that. But when I tried to set up the action in response, I chose
"have server reply using a specific message" and then customized the message.
However, I can't find where I tell the server to send the message to the
sender of the original email. And that's why it's not working.

Reply means just that, reply to the sender of the original email, you don't
have to specify that address.

It's not working. I've set it up and tested repeatedly, and the sender is
not receiving the reply from the server.
