Setting up new ids.

I am having a simple problem in that OUtlook Express
willnotlet me set up a third identity. Having followed
all the instructions the new id just doesnt work and
keeps coming back with this error message
There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your
Password was rejected. Account: 'pop-server.twmi.rr.com',
Server: 'pop-server.twmi.rr.com', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '-ERR Authentication failed', Port: 110, Secure
(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number:
0x800CCC92

program despite its similar name..
