Setting up my Forest

Howdy All,
I currently have a forest established based out of the US. I now need to
set-up domains in Japan at multiple sites and am wondering what is the best
design to use? I have a fully functional VPN in place between all 3
locations. I will be installing servers in two locations in Japan, Tokyo and
Nagoya. My thought was to have a Exchange server in Tokyo and have the
Nagoya users connect over the VPN with Outlook but this might be too slow so
I may do an exchange server at each.. Should I just set both of these
locations up as independent child domains off of my master forest or is
there some slick way to have a sub domain like Japan then have subs under
that?
Thanks for the help..

As far as AD goes, this should work fine with a single domain, just as long
as you define the subnets and sites properly in ad sites and services. it
would probably also be a good idea to have at least one dc in japan, if not
2. i am not saying that multiple domains would not work best in your
situation, but with the available information it would be impossible to
determine.
