setting up multiple out of office messages

Hi.. we are using outlook 2007. Is it possible to set up numerous ooo
profiles. For example. I will be away next week and then in 2 weeks. Its
to be able to do them in advance and not each time. We've just migrated from
lotus notes and could do this then.
 
Which version of Exchange server? Exchange 2007 lets you set the OOF up
early and end it at a specific time but you can't set up multiple OOFs,
you'll need to set up the second one sometime after the first ends.
